How to Find Best Experts for World Bank or ADB Projects within TAT?
If you are hiring for any project which is into Bid Stage, Funded by Institutions like WB or ADB, then it's very important to find Experts in time.
If you are not able to do so, then might be your Company can lose the opportunity, because Bid process is Time-bound.
And if you fail to find the best Expert (as per ToR or other reference docs) then it will decrease the chances, because of low score.
It's very important to not only take care of Time-Line but also find best available Expert so that proposal can get maximum marks.
Few important Parameters, which are must to have are:
1. Experience: Yes recruiters misjudge it. An expert might have 20 years of experience, but relevant experience can be low.
2. 2. International Experience: Always calculate On-site international experience. Off-Site experience will never be counted.
3. 3. Education: Always prefer full-time education. Calculate experience which is post qualification
4. 4. Employment Detail: Give clear information about mode employment. It can be for the full project or required input of few months.
If it is for the full project, then ask his/her per month rate, and if for few days in a month then per day rate.
